Peach State Showout and Sale

November 1st and 2nd, 2024

All nominations must be received by the PEACH STATE SHOWOUT management by the deadline of August 30, 2024. Each nomination is subject to acceptance by the Sale Team. We highly encourage consignors to submit a few pictures and videos they’d like for the projector screens used at the night of the sale. 

1. The PEACH STATE SHOWOUT has the ability to turn down cattle. Our goal is to bring quality cattle that will serve the breeders of the SOUTHEAST and across the country.
2. All Heifers must be registered in the seller's name.
3. The consignment fee will be $250 plus 5% commission if the consignor purchases and 7% if the consignor does not purchase at the sale unless the consignor elects to sponsor.

a. $250 must accompany each nomination application. Make checks payable to RHR farms LLC . The commission will be deducted from the sale proceeds. Mail checks to RHR Longhorns

• Failure to sell your animal will result in forfeiture of the $250 consignment fee
• Scratched lots will result in forfeiture of the $250 consignment fee. Substitutions will be permitted after the consignment deadline; however, the seller will be responsible for providing all relevant information (i.e. Original Registration Certificate, Transfer Application, Consignment Form, etc.)

ALL Heifers must be applicable to futurity classes to allow new owners to show the following day as purchaser. No females older then January 2022 none younger then December of 2023

1. The PEACH STATE SHOWOUT Sale assumes no responsibility for any guarantee made by seller.
2. All cattle must be tested for interstate shipment. Each animal must have an individual Health Certificate showing brucellosis and T.B. tests, unless from a certified-free brucellosis or TB herd. (Cattle from certified-free states must be still be tested.) All cattle must be tested within 30 days of sale date. Health papers must be dated within 30 days of sale date.
3. All cattle consigned to the Peach State Showout must have an identification tag that meets the approval of the State of Georgia. Typically, cattle must either have a metal OCV ear tag (right ear) or an RFID ear tag (left ear). The official identification number from the ear tag must be shown on the health papers.
4. Health papers must contain all the information outlined in the Health Requirements, please issue a copy of properly completed health papers that are to be presented at the time the animal enters the sale facility, and each consignor is responsible for delivering all required papers to the sale chairman or a representative. Make sure your veterinarian clearly identifies the private herd number of your animal. For those with certified free herds, it will be necessary to have your last test date for your herd certification noted on your health papers, along with a list of cattle tested. 
5. The sooner we can post the sale catalog to the website the better. Printed catalogs will also be available. E-blasts and trail Ad will be sent to breeders all over the US. 
   
6. This sale will be held at The Oak Room (20 Joe Kennedy Blvd
   Statesboro, GA  30458) across from the complex! We plan to do a banquet style sale with great video and pictures on a slideshow while we socialize over dinner and drinks!! We hope this sale boosts and encourages breeders new and seasoned to come gather around a room full of great longhorn lovers for a Great time. The Peach State Futurity entry is automatically included with every sale heifer, and under the new owne!! Come buy a winner!! Sale/Party Friday night Futurity Saturday morning!
